In Luke 18, Jesus tells a parable about a pharisee and a tax collector at prayer. Fr. Hall offers a helpful meditation on what this parable teaches about honesty. While the pharisee abused his responsibility to lead others in God's way by looking in judgment on the tax collector, this latter figure was honest with God.
